The observation tower is envisioned as a 100 ft tall public building, with an observation platform at the top. The building has a circular core while a pervious hexagonal skin wraps around the core in a 10ft rotating increment modules till the top. The tower sits on a plaza purposed for public gatherings and recreational activities. The plaza also accommodates gardens and a United States flag pole. Many elements of the tower including the gardens of the plaza will be sponsored by various donors within the community of this public building. The tower rises above the tree canopy while its architectonics blends itself with the park.
